We visited 08 high schools in 2013 and 2015 with an aim of facilitating career guidance. this resulted in the improvement of matric results of Hafuleni high school and Mdlangathi high school.
In partnership with uMuziwantu local municipality and uGu, department of education we invited 19 high schools to annual career expo. Thus plus or minus 1400 leaners was part of the expo, 5 public tertiary institutions were present in the expo and various private institutions.
The organization visited an old age home in ghost town. Members of the organization assisted the residents of the home with cleaning, and the St Andrews hospital was invited and performed tests for diabetes, Bp, weight, eye test and VCT on both the members of the organization and the residents of the home. The Department of social development visited the home to assess the living conditions of residents .
under the them of “bringing joy and restoring dignity ” Harding youth society hosted the annual beauty pageants for the 16th of December 2014 and 2015. the pageant had 26 contestants , 10 able-bodied males, 13 able-bodied females living disability in 2014 and 20 able-bodied contestants in 2015.the event highlighted the diversity of beauty and served to give the contestants a chance to boost their confidence .

A positive and substantial establishment to the upcoming events.
P.O.Box 613, Harding 4680. The Harding youth society is proud to bring the more impactful programme that will be owned by the youth in all communities and wards in umuziwabantu. The umuziwabantu youth parliament is a platform where the youth of umuziwabantu will actively utilize to address social injustice directly.
This will be through deliberations and engagements with all relevant youth structures in umuziwabantu. The UYP is meant to educate the youth about accountability, transparency, humanity, leadership, independency as well as innovations.
The organization also wants to introduce the league events to the youth of umuziwabantu has it have realised that through sports, youth will learn sportsmanship and other skill. Sports can help youth to grow towards positive development and good relationships with others. Through sports, youth can gain lifelong skills and help youth to grow socially, emotionally and physically.
The organization brings lacrosse into the public schools sphere to provide more opportunities to learn, both on and off the fields. In the light of the above background, the national youth society will be establishing the NAYOSO football leagues for both women and men, respectively to try to develop the sport skills of the youth of Harding and groom the youth that have interests in working with sports, create job opportunities and give the experience to unemployed graduates through our programme.

4.HIV/AIDS policy for Harding youth society
The Harding youth society is striving to reduce the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS, encourage youth to know their status and prevent new infections and also assist youth in getting access to quality treatment and care for HIV/AIDS.
CONFIDENTIALITY.
An employee who is, or becomes HIV infected has a right to confidentiality and privacy, as the case with any employee that has experienced or is experiencing any other medical or psychological related incident. HIV infected employees are not not obligated to inform management or any other person in the organisation of their HIV status.
NON DISCRIMINATION.
Harding youth society does not tolerate any form of unfair discrimination against those infected with HIV, and takes all reasonable steps to respect their dignity and takes all reasonable steps to respect their dignity and their individual human rights.
GENDER QUALITY.
Harding youth society recognizes that women are more likely to become infected and are more often diversely affected by HIV/AIDS epidemic than men due to biological, socio cultural and economic reasons. Harding youth society strives to equalize gender relations, recognizing that the empowerment of women is vital to successfully prevent the spread of HIV infection and enable women to cope with HIV/AIDS.

Strategies used by Harding youth society to manage their online reputation:
Maintain a favorable reputation in the workplace and market place, Enhance and build the organizations good name and reputation, establish acceptance practices, policies, procedures, systems and standards that will avoid damage to the organizations reputations.
Establish a review requesting program.
Request stakeholders reviews on a regular basis to increase our online profile, Create a review of stakeholders appraisal when we consistently generate feedback. Drive up our location average star rating by asking our stakeholders for reviews, point stakeholders to the review sites that are relevant to our organisation by email or text.
Develop a process for monitoring and responding to reviews.
Our online stakeholders reviews contents valuable information, so we will want our internal stakeholders team to continuously monitor them, reviewing operational weakness is what our team look for. Eliminate service blind sports by monitoring and responding to online reviews.
Create system for managing our organisation.
Ensure accurate organizations listings, monitor listings on google and complete any missing information including: organizations name, address, phone number, website and hours of operation.

Harding youth society provides creative direction and change the mindset of youth, equipping them to lead ethically and motivating them to deliver positive changes in their communities. offer innovative leadership development approach to Harding youth exposing them to the practical application of invaluable leadership and life skills access which they otherwise may not have. we seek to provide developmental opportunities through trainings, workshops seminars and dissemination of information to the youth of Harding, there by fostering personal and socio-economic changes in lives of the youth and that generate populace.
